Circa 1990's. Unique black enamel and diamond ring that resembles a tulip petal! The deep black enamel background features a delicate, hand-painted gold leaf and floral sprigs that emphasize its nature-inspired, vintage botanical theme. In good condition with some wear to the enamel that you can see in the video.
