Vintage 1950s 0.80 Carat TW Diamond Platinum Engagement Ring.

This Vintage 0.80 Carat TW Diamond Platinum Engagement Ring was made in the early 1950s.  Designed as a 5 stone diamond engagement ring, with a larger diamond in the center flanked by 2 smaller diamonds on either side.  This was a typical style of engagement rings during that time. Though this one has more side details in the design of the settings. 

SPECIFICATIONS:

 CENTER DIAMOND:  1 Round Brilliant Cut Diamond weighing approximately 0.55 carat, approximately SI clarity, G-H color.

 SIDE DIAMONDS:  4 smaller Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds total approximately 0.25 carat, approximately SI clarity, H-I color.

 METAL:  Platinum.

 WEIGHT:  3.7 grams.

 DIMENSIONS: 5.5mm wide toward the fingernail by 17mm wide across the finger.

 RING SIZE: Size 6 plus.

CONDITION: High magnification photographs show considerable design details, and this ring is in good condition, all consistent with age and wear.
