 ABOUT THIS ITEM:  This locket is called Pools of Light because of the reflection of light through the clear rock crystal (clear quartz) stones that form each half of the locket.  The two half spheres are cut into round cabochon stones and set into 14k yellow bezel settings. This type of workmanship was a marvel in its day and continues to be a much sought-after, very collectible type of locket.  A piece like this is a rare find.  Owning this locket will not only give you pride of ownership in a piece that is utterly unique but a part of history as well.
