T B Starr Edwardian diamond and platinum bow brooch circa 1910. Designed as a bow centering an old-cut diamond flanked by outwardly graduating similarly cut diamonds, on a platinum mounting that is a fine example of the virtues of Edwardian taste in excellent quality jewels, high craftsmanship and outstanding beauty, characterized by symmetry applied to curvaceous geometry of soft lines embellished with delicate pierced work crisped by millegrain, the thirty-one diamonds totaling approximately 1.00 carat, approximately G color and VS clarity, with marker's marks for T B Starr. For over three decades Jacob's Diamond & Estate Jewelry has been in the business of selling a carefully curated collection of antique and estate jewelry.
