Scroll down for specifications.  Studious attention to detail is probably an understatement considering all the different elements comprising this creation.  It is overall a beautiful and very exciting piece of jewelry.   Note that the shell cameo is signed M. Langella and is set within a bezel micro-set with diamonds, suspended from a pair of pink sapphires to round links.  Two of the links are set with diamonds.  The luxurious swiveling lobster clasp is set with a diamond and it is preceded by a tag initialed KIS, the I dotted with a diamond.  Turn the cameo around and look at how beautifully the frame is enclosed by a motif suggesting endless motion.
