Scroll down for detailed specifications.  This exquisite lily of the valley brooch features green enamel and six unique pearls.  The stem end of the flower is set with a round diamond.  Lily of the valley flowers have been steeped in legend and folklore for centuries.  It is the birth flower for the month of May and often forms bridal bouquets.  Queen Elizabeth II called it her favorite flower and enjoyed having it in all her palaces and residences during her entire reign.  Purity and love are merely a couple of the attributes associated with it.  And most interesting of all, every part of the plant is poisonous to humans and animals alike.
