Edwardian 1.05 carat diamond and platinum engagement ring circa 1910. The design centers upon an old European-cut diamond weighing approximately 1.05 carats, approximately L - M color and VS clarity, on a genuine Edwardian platinum mounting decorated by ten smaller diamonds totaling approximately 0.20 carat, between rows of heart-shaped pierced motifs to the shoulders. Exquisite, fine details throughout are typical of the period when this fine ring was made. A larger diamond set in a ring with a low profile is an important requirement to many people in this modern world we live in. This ring has it! It is loaded with assets, the big diamond, looks, low profile, genuine of the period. What is there not to like about that?
