Blue Enamel Yellow Gold Tie Tac

Vintage 18k yellow gold Blue Enamel Lapel pin, Tie tack, circa 1980s. It's beautifully crafted with a highly detailed twisted rope design wrapped around the enameled tie-tac.

It measures 11mm by 11mm weighing about 3.7 grams without the backing.

The tie-tac is made in 18k yellow gold, with a 14k yellow gold tac pin. The back clutch is base metal.

CONDITION: high magnification photographs show considerable design details, and this tie-tac is in good condition, all consistent with age and wear.
