ABOUT THIS ITEM:  This is a fine example of Art Deco engagement ring design.  Given its age, one could say that it is a one-of-a-kind ring. It is set throughout with old European-cut diamonds and decorated with fine and intricate pierced work.  The center diamond weighs one carat, that magic number!  Additionally, all those old European-cut diamonds are set in platinum, translation:  good and strong.


CENTER DIAMOND:  one old European-cut diamond weighing approximately 1.00 carat, approximately K color, VS clarity.

SMALL DIAMONDS:  ten old European-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.75 carat, approximately H-K color, SI clarity.

METAL:  platinum.

WEIGHT:  5.0 grams.

RING SIZE:  approximately 5, can be sized.

MEASUREMENTS:  approximately 9/16” (14 mm) wide vertical to the fingernail.

CONDITION:  high magnification photographs show considerable design details, and that the item is in good condition, all consistent with age and wear.
