Retro emerald ruby diamond gold and platinum flower-shaped cocktail ring circa 1935.*
ABOUT THIS ITEM: Scroll down for specific details. Hand fabricated, this early Retro flower-inspired design transcends the typically geometric styles of Art Deco jewelry. The Retro look is bolder and expressed in more fluid motifs that were often inspired by nature, and typically crafted in contrasting metal colors, accented with colored gems. See the beautiful detail that emerges from the rubies set at the tips of the flower petals. It is worthwhile noting that this ring, despite its moderate scale, maintains a low profile, and has excellent eye appeal from all directions. It is most definitely wearable art.
