Oval shaped cocktail diamond 14k white gold ring circa 1960s.

The Oval-Shaped Cocktail Diamond 14k White Gold Ring was made in the 1960s.  It has an impressive appearance being 1-1/16" long and 7/8" wide.  The design has a center swirl affect that is surrounded by a row of diamonds.  The three larger diamonds are bezel bead set and the smaller diamonds are bead set.  Despite its size and heft, it's a comfortable and wearable ring.

SPECIFICATIONS:

 DIAMONDS:  The center diamond is approximately 0.40 carat and the smaller 38 diamonds total approximately 0.92 carat.  All the diamonds are approximately SI clratity, H-I color.

 METAL:  14k white gold.

 WEIGHT:  12.7 grams.

 DIMENSIONS: Approximately 1-1/16" long by 7/16" wide.

 RING SIZE:  Size 5.5.

 CONDITION:  High magnification photographs show considerable design details, and this ring is in good condition, all consistent with age and wear.
