SPECIFICATIONS:
The brooch is fitted with a watch hook that makes it possible to wear it as a pendant or suspend a charm or gemstone from it while wearing it as a brooch, visible in the photographs. (The pin brooch fitting is removable when wearing as a pendant.)
CENTER DIAMOND: one old mine-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.85 carat approximately H-K color, SI clarity.
SMALL DIAMONDS: twenty-six old mine-cut diamonds totaling approximately 3.50 carat, approximately H-K color, VS-SI Clarity.
METAL: silver and 14-karat gold.
WEIGHT: 16.4 grams.
MEASUREMENTS: approximately 1 ¼” (3.20 cm) diameter.
CHAIN NECKLACE: 18.-karat yellow gold, 17 ½” (44.50 cm) long delicate cable link completed by a 14-karat gold spring-ring clasp.
CONDITION: high magnification photographs show considerable design details, and that the item is in good condition, all consistent with age and wear.
