Comprising a pair of clip-on drop earrings and a graduated link necklace designed as a repeating starburst motif centering upon a round faceted citrine with radiating rose-cut diamonds. This is an extremely beautiful, feminine, and graceful set, the likes of which we haven’t had in our collection in a long time, a treasure. The condition is excellent. It is also worth noting that citrines in this color range are often referred to as Madeira citrines because it resembles the color of Madeira wine, and it is also a neutralizing color that coordinates well with other colors.
GEMSTONES: thirty-four round faceted citrines totaling approximately 30.00 carats.
DIAMONDS: two hundred eighty-eight rose-cut diamonds totaling approximately 5.00 carats.
METAL: silver and gold.
WEIGHT: 58.7 gross grams.
EARRING BACKS: clip backs from a more recent vintage.
NECKLACE CLASP: plunger clasp.
EARRINGS. Approximately 1-3/8” (3.49 cm) long and ¾” (19 mm) wide overall.
NECKLACE. Approximately 16” (40.64 cm) long and 5/8” (16 mm) wide at the front center.
CONDITION: high magnification photographs show considerable design details, and the item is in good condition, all consistent with age and wear.
