Boulder Opal Yellow Gold Earrings

  These Australian boulder opals were custom set in 18k yellow gold bezel settings.  The opals have red blue and green fire that comes out when moving around in the light. The dark material in the opal is called potch.   And these opals are unique and very wearable.  What's not to like. They will surely give you pleasure to wear.

 OPALS:  2 freeform cushion-shaped boulder opals total approximately 10 carats.

 METAL:  18k yellow gold

 WEIGHT: 12.3 grams

 BACKING:  Posts with omega clip backs

 MEASUREMENTS:  3/4" long by 5/8" wide.

CONDITION: high magnification photographs show considerable design details, and that these earrings are in good condition, all consistent with age and wear.
