Scroll down for specifications.  The old European-cut diamonds are very well matched for color throughout the bracelet.  Additionally, they have been graded in the white to the colorless range with unusually good clarity for the period when it was made.  The French-cut blue sapphires also show meticulous attention to detail and excellent color match.  It is good to know that the clasp is very strong and features a hidden safety catch producing an overall seamless appearance when closed on the wrist.  Undoubtedly, this bracelet is a very fine example of Art Deco jewelry design.

DIAMONDS:  one hundred thirty-two old European-cut diamonds totaling approximately 9.50 carats, approximately G-H color, VS clarity.

PRECIOUS GEMS:  French-cut blue sapphires.

METAL: platinum.

MEASUREMENTS:  approximately 7-1/8 ” (18.2 cm) long and 3/8” (7 mm) wide overall.

BRACELET CLASP:  dual plunger clasp with hidden safety catch, visible in the photographs.

CONDITION:  high magnification photographs show considerable design details, and that this bracelet is in good condition, all consistent with age and wear.
