Madeira Citrine and Gold Link Retro Bracelet Circa 1940

18 karat gold open links accented with round dark hued citrines totaling approximately 20.00 carats.  Citrines of this color were extremely popular during the 1940s.  Sometimes they are called Madeira citrines because their coloration so much resembles that of the divine elixir Madeira Wine, which according to people familiar with the matter is a fortified wine with fascinating flavors of roasted nuts, stewed fruit, caramel and toffee.  How wonderful is that?  Cheers!!!  Imagine.  Imagine decorating your wrist with such tempting and exotic lore!  Estate retro citrine and 18 karat gold link bracelet circa 1940.
