Provenance: Jacqueline Kennedy

Art Deco rock-crystal, sapphire and diamond bow brooch featuring a pair of carved and frosted rock-crystal panels, framed by calibre-cut sapphires and old European-cut diamonds totaling approximately 2.00 carats, accompanied by the original fitted red leather box.  Dimensions:  2.25 inches long and 0.75 inch wide.

Originally sold through Sotheby's in 2005.  The auction titled Property From The Kennedy Homes, lot 662.  In the preface to the auction catalog, Caroline Kennedy writes that the items being sold belonged to her parents and were part of their years at the White House.
