Modernist cultured pearl and diamond swinging gold earrings circa 1950. The designs feature a pair cultured pearls, each measuring approximately 9 mm, suspending matching starburst motifs decorated by smaller cultured pearls and radiating round brilliant-cut diamonds. The eighteen diamonds totaling approximately 0.95 carat, approximately G - H color and VS clarity, crafted in 14-karat white gold, fitted with lever backs. Aren't they wonderful? So characteristic of the period when they were made. Now all that is needed is a pretty face between them! For over three decades Jacob's Diamond & Estate Jewelry has been in the business of selling a carefully curated collection of antique and estate jewelry.
