1950s 0.78 Carat Diamond Platinum Engagement Ring

Mid-century 0.78 carat diamond and platinum engagement ring circa 1950.  Perhaps this is the most classic and enduring engagement ring design to come to us in the 21st century from the 1950's, the age of elegance, a single diamond between a pair of baguette diamonds.  The 0.78 cara round brilliant cut diamond, accompanied by a report from EGL-USA stating that the diamond is I color and VS2 clarity, the baguettes totaling approximately 0.35 carat, mounted in platinum.

For over three decades Jacob's Diamond & Estate Jewelry has been in the business of selling a carefully curated collection of antique and estate jewelry.
